What is Fantastik Strips Tape used for?

Fantastik Strips Tape by OnRite is a pre-cut, double-sided hair system tape for attaching lace front wigs, toupees and hair systems to the scalp. It bonds to lace, skin (PU/poly) and conventional bases, and its dull, low-shine finish stays invisible under fine lace for a natural-looking hairline.

How long does Fantastik tape hold?

Most wearers get several days to about a week of hold, depending on skin oiliness, sweat, climate and how well the scalp and base were cleaned before application. For longer wear between reattachments, pair it with a liquid adhesive such as PermaRite 1 around the perimeter.

What is the difference between 1"x3" straight strips, B Contour and H Contour?

The 1"x3" straight strips are the most versatile cut: use them along the sides and back, or trim them to any shape. B Contour and H Contour strips are pre-curved to follow the front hairline, so you get even coverage without cutting. Choose the contour that best matches the front of your hair system. Every option comes with 36 strips per bag.

How do I remove Fantastik tape without damaging the lace?

Apply a tape or adhesive remover along the taped areas, let it soak for a few minutes, then lift the system slowly from back to front. Never pull lace off dry. Clean any leftover residue from the base with remover before re-taping.
