International & Canada Orders
All international and Canadian orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for any fees assessed by their country's customs authorities.
At Hairloss.com, we primarily ship products via UPS, but also offer USPS options. Orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before being shipped.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, delivery times, and the dimensional weight of the package.
Once the carrier picks up the shipment, ownership transfers to the buyer, and any shipping or insurance charges imposed by the carrier become the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days from the original ship date.

In original, unused condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and free from odors or styling products).

Tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
Ineligible Returns:

Worn or damaged products.

Altered packaging or products.

Discontinued, closeout, final sale, or last call items.
Return Process:

Complete the Return Form on our website: Return Form.

Repackage the product securely in its original packaging.

Ship the return to the provided address using your preferred shipping provider (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility).

Once received, the vendor has 15 days to process the return. If accepted, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
Please note that Hairloss.com does not provide return shipping labels.
