Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the original ship date for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, products must:

Be returned within 30 days of the original ship date

Be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged

Be free from odors, styling products, adhesives, or signs of wear

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Final Sale items

Discontinued products

Closeout products

Hot Deal items

Last Call items


Hair Systems Units

Stock Units
Stock hair replacement units may be considered for return within 30 days of purchase if they:

Have not been cut

Have not been styled

Have not been worn

Have not been chemically processed

Have not been improperly stored

Remain in original condition

Stock units returned without their original packaging or requiring reconditioning may be subject to a $50 re-styling and finishing fee, which will be deducted from any approved refund.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned units and determine whether any issues are the result of:
Misuse

Improper installation

Improper maintenance or care

Chemical alterations (including coloring, perming, or bleaching)

Physical alterations

Accidents or mishandling while in the customer's possession

Custom Units

Custom hair replacement units are manufactured specifically for the customer and are generally not eligible for return.

If a return request is submitted, the following must accompany the unit:

Original custom order form

Original client hair samples (if applicable)

Original mold and design materials

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a custom unit qualifies for repair, replacement, exchange, or credit.


Hair Extensions

Hair extensions may only be returned if they:

Are unused

Remain in original condition

Are returned in their original packaging


Accessories & Hair Care Products

Tape rolls, tape strips, liquid adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and other accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

They are unused

They remain in their original packaging

They are in resalable condition

Damaged products must be reported immediately upon receipt.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers may use any carrier of their choice and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Once a returned product is received and inspected, the return will be reviewed within 15 business days.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For international and Canadian orders, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.


Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to us, any reshipment requested by the customer will incur both the original shipping charges and any additional shipping costs associated with the reshipment.

EU Return Policy (European Union Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, the following terms apply in addition to, and where they conflict, in place of, the general policy above.

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day window is extended automatically if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us through our Return Form or by sending a clear written statement to [your contact email].

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. Hairloss.com does not provide return shipping labels for EU returns.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery (for example, certain haircare or personal care products). Please consult our customer service team if you are unsure whether your item qualifies. (Note: confirm which specific products qualify with your legal counsel before relying on this exemption.)
