Shipping policy 

Hairloss.com does not ship the products on the website. All the products listed on Hairloss.com are shipped directly by our vendors. Each vendor is responsible for its own shipping practices, times, and costs.

Hairloss.com is in charge of creating the invoice for the order placed and providing the tracking number of the shipment(s).

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment. The total shipping cost is determined automatically based on the shipping address provided by the buyer and the vendor's preferred carrier. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking your order

To track your order, you can log into your account and go to 'Order History' to see the tracking number and link to track it.

Multiple Shipments

If you purchase items from multiple vendors, each vendor will ship their products separately. You may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers for a single order.

Shipping Issues & Delays

Hairloss.com is not liable for shipping delays or issues, each vendor is responsible for resolving shipping-related issues. Contact support@hairloss.com for assistance in providing information and communication from the vendor on your shipment.

Refund Policy 

Every product can be returned and refunded up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Each vendor can have specifications for the state of the product and details that must be provided to accept the return.

Hairloss.com provides a simple refund form that the buyer must complete by selecting the product they would like to return from their order history. Once the form is completed, the refund process begins.

Hairloss.com does not create return shipping labels. Each buyer must pay for their own shipping with their provider of choice and send the package to the vendor's return shipping address provided.

Once the vendor receives the order, they have fifteen (15) days to examine and accept or deny the return. If they confirm the return, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
