1. The attachment area must be shaved with an electric foil clipper.
2. Exfoliate and seal the scalp for better results.
3. Apply 3 to 4 coats to the scalp.

How long does PermaRite 16 Extreme hold?

PermaRite 16 Extreme is a water-based liquid hair system adhesive made for multi-week wear, with holds of up to about four weeks. Your results depend on scalp prep, skin oil, sweat and activity level. For the longest hold, apply thin, even coats to a clean, oil-free scalp and let each coat dry clear.

Can I shower or work out with PermaRite 16 Extreme?

Yes, once the bond has cured. The flexible, oil-resistant seal holds up to everyday showers, sweat and workouts. It isn't sold as a waterproof adhesive, so avoid soaking the bond or heavy sweating for the first 24 hours.

Can I use PermaRite 16 Extreme on a lace hair system?

It works for full-head or perimeter bonding on polyurethane (skin) bases and lace/skin combination systems. Apply it to the scalp, never directly onto lace material. Check your system's base type before you buy, or browse our other liquid adhesives.

How do I apply and remove PermaRite 16 Extreme?

Patch-test 24 hours before first use. Shave the area, exfoliate and seal the scalp, then apply 3 to 4 thin coats, letting each dry clear before pressing the base on. To remove it, use a matching adhesive solvent from our removers collection rather than pulling the system off.
